KRIËGER Launch Party
KRIËGER Watches, the timepiece of choice for
celebrities like Eva Longoria, Usher, Jessica Simpson
etc, was the spotlight luminary for the evening at
brand new showflat, Hamilton Scotts along Scotts Road.
Despite an early evening downpour and threatening
clouds throughout the rest of the evening, approximately
150 guests turned up to the KRIËGER Launch.
In a specially-constructed air-conditioned marquee,
the guests were not disappointed with the display
of more than 30 different models of KRIËGER
timepieces, amongst them the recently-unveiled Basel
World version, the Skeleton Skeleton, a limited
edition piece which is fast accumulating a waiting
list from international buyers. Another coveted
piece was the limited edition, one-of-a-kind handpainted
and sketched model by pop culture artist Jonah Cerwinske.
Using special techniques, Jonah created a signature
piece that is only available in Singapore for a
limited time.
Founder and Chairman of the KRIËGER Corporation
Ira KRIËGER flew in that same morning to officiate
at the launch, “The KRIËGER Watch Corporation
started 20 years ago and in that time, it’s
been very encouraging to see that so many customers
seek out our watches, from watch collectors to adventurers
to celebrities and more. Our timepieces speak to
their owners, whether they’re used to tell
the tides, lunar periods for best hunting times
or just as a fashion accessory. Contemporary designs
with a fashion forward sensibility are key to our
success too.”
Whilst getting up close and personal with the watches,
guests got to help themselves from the live food
stations and butler-passed canapés and partake
of the free-flowing wines and beverages.
Gunawan Suparman, Managing Director for Bezel,
the exclusive retailer for KRIËGER Watches,
“It is certainly a pleasure to work with KRIËGER.
We are very confident that the brand, which is highly
successful internationally, will do well in Singapore.
KRIËGER embodies a cutting-edge style with
glamour in its designs. Customers like how the styles
articulate their desires and emotions.”
